Frame Ventures was started in 2003 with the acquisition of Paramount Hotels Inc. to manage hotels we acquired near Union Square. Our main focus is acting in a general partner role in value-added hospitality investments. Through key strategic relationships with select partners, Frame Ventures also pursues opportunities outside of the hospitality principal role.
Eric Rivor
A seasoned retail/hospitality finance professional with twenty plus years of experience in multi-unit food and beverage and retail operations, Eric is responsible for the groups’ financial management and operations including developing/monitoring of Operating and capital budgets and managing the firm’s key banking, vendor relations.
Eric previously served as the Operational Team Controller for Host Marriott and was responsible for directing the financial performance for $100M+ multi-unit locations covering Northern California. Prior to Host Marriott, Eric worked as the Director of Finance and IT for Pasqua Coffee; Controller for Pasta Pomodoro where he prepared Prima Cosa for VC funding; and Director of FP&A and Treasury for Good Guys; and Director of Finance for Restoration Hardware.
