Frame Ventures offers its hospitality and construction expertise to owners of real estate, acting directly and through its affiliates as a principal, raising equity internally from high net worth individuals and forming joint ventures for a range of projects. With each proposed project, the company’s research staff exhaustively evaluates each asset before it is acquired and develops a thorough strategy for re-positioning the property.
Frame Ventures created, operates and owns this 3.5 acre outdoor gathering space featuring a beer garden, restaurant, marketplace, distillery and culinary gardens located in the Oxbow District in downtown Napa. The project is an adaptive reuse of the former south Copia Gardens along the Napa River. Repurposed shipping containers from the Yard at Mission Bay were used to create the bar and restaurant. Salvaged redwood from the recent forest fires were milled onsite and used for table and other building components.
